What information we collect
Executive AI Coach by EGG collects information you choose to provide and information needed to connect the public assessment, signed-in workspace, coaching features, support requests, and membership status.
- Contact details: your name and email when you take the public free assessment, plus the signed-in name and email connected to a member workspace or support request.
- Business context: the business, offer, customer, revenue-range, marketing, sales, team, capacity, challenge, leadership, and working-style details you enter into an assessment.
- Operating records: information you save in goals, plans, tasks, projects, meetings, decisions, performance records, check-ins, coaching messages, and support requests.
- Billing and access details: the membership or additional-session status needed to connect a purchase with your signed-in account and show the relevant access or next step.
Only provide information you have the right to share, especially when a project includes client, team, or partner details.
How the free assessment works
The public free assessment asks for your business answers first and then asks for your name and email before showing a Growth Snapshot. When you continue, your name and email are sent through the Contacts and CRM integration with a free-assessment source and a short note based on the assessment.
Your assessment answers stay in the browser session while the AI service builds the temporary snapshot. The current public flow does not create a saved private member workspace record for those answers or that snapshot. A signed-in member assessment is a separate product flow with its own saved records.
What is saved in private member workspaces
After platform-managed sign-in, members can save a business assessment and the connected records that help the coach work from the same operating picture. These can include a Growth Snapshot, 90-day Growth Plan, goals, actions, projects, project tasks and milestones, meetings, decisions, performance snapshots and reviews, accountability check-ins, coaching conversations and messages, and EGG support requests.
Project and meeting workspaces can also contain client or member names, email addresses, dates, notes, decisions, and limited collaboration updates. Authenticated workspace access is shaped by the creator, client, collaborator, and viewer relationships supported by the product.
How AI-generated outputs use your context
When you request an AI feature, the relevant information you provided or saved may be sent to an AI service to generate the requested response. Depending on the feature, that context can include your assessment, Growth Snapshot, plan, goals, actions, meetings, decisions, performance records, check-ins, and recent coaching messages.
- The public assessment can generate a temporary Growth Snapshot from the answers entered in that session.
- Member features can generate plans, coaching responses, meeting briefs, decision briefs, performance interpretations, and Weekly Executive Reviews from saved context.
AI-generated text can be incomplete, inaccurate, or poorly suited to a particular situation. Review it before acting, and do not treat it as a promise of a business result.
Membership and payment processing through Stripe
Checkout and billing management use Stripe. Stripe handles payment details on its checkout pages. The EGG checkout flow uses your authenticated account email and name to connect the Stripe customer with your account, then receives the checkout result and membership status needed to show access.
Membership status can include whether an active membership was found, the monthly or annual tier, and the current subscription period end. A one-time additional 60-minute member session returns to Resources & Support so the conversation can be arranged. Payment does not create a calendar booking.
Stripe has its own privacy notice and terms. Review those notices when you use Stripe checkout or billing management.
Calendly and Skool are separate external links
Resources & Support links to the existing Calendly page for a separate public 30-minute EGG coaching option and to the Executive Coaching & Consult community on Skool. These links open services operated outside Executive AI Coach.
If you follow one of these links or submit information there, the external provider may collect and use information under its own terms and privacy notice. EGG does not control those external forms or policies.
How information is used
- To provide the assessment, snapshot, member workspaces, coaching features, plans, reviews, and other actions you request.
- To connect a free-assessment lead or private support request with the right EGG contact record.
- To use saved business context when generating requested AI outputs.
- To confirm membership status, connect Stripe checkout, and show the next billing or support step.
- To operate, maintain, protect, and troubleshoot the service and its authenticated workspace boundaries.
- To address misuse, security concerns, or legal obligations when those situations apply.
Security and private-workspace boundaries
Private member areas require platform-managed authentication. Workspace reads and collaboration updates use authenticated requests and server-side access checks. Project information is filtered to the creator, the exact assigned client email, or an active project member with an allowed role before shared workspace data is returned.
These controls describe the product boundary, not a promise of perfect security. No online service can remove every risk. Keep your sign-in details private and avoid placing highly sensitive information in the product when it is not needed for the work.
Retention and deletion requests
The current product does not publish a fixed retention schedule and does not provide a self-service data export or deletion control. It does not promise automatic deletion, a particular retention period, or a set response time.
If you are a signed-in member, raise a privacy or deletion question through Resources & Support. Choose General EGG coach support and explain what you need reviewed. That is the available private support path, not a dedicated legal help desk, and submitting it does not book an appointment.
Your choices
- You can choose whether to use the public free assessment. Name and email are needed to connect that result with EGG.
- You can choose what business context to enter and should leave out information that is not needed for the requested feature.
- You can choose whether to open the separate Calendly or Skool links.
- You can sign out of the private workspace and raise an account or information question through Resources & Support.
- You can use the Stripe billing management path shown from Pricing when it is available for your membership.
Children
Executive AI Coach is intended for adults and established small-business owners. It is not designed for children, and the service does not knowingly seek information from children. If you believe a child submitted information, raise the question through the available EGG support path.
Policy changes
EGG may update this policy as the product, providers, or business practices change. The last-updated date at the top of this page will change when the policy is revised. Review the current version before using a flow that matters to you.
How to raise a privacy question
Members can use Resources & Support, choose General EGG coach support, and describe the privacy question in a private request. The request is saved through the existing Contacts and CRM support path. It is not an automatic deletion workflow or a dedicated legal help desk.
If you are a public visitor who cannot use the private workspace, use the EGG support route made available to you when you started the assessment or purchase. This page does not publish a separate privacy email, physical address, or guaranteed response time.
