Terms of Use

These terms apply when you visit the Executive AI Coach by EGG site, take the public free assessment, sign in to a private workspace, use a coaching feature, submit a support request, or purchase a membership or additional session. By using those flows, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant flow.

You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. The service is intended for adults and established small-business owners. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Private workspaces use platform-managed sign-in. Keep your account and sign-in details private, use accurate account information, and take responsibility for activity carried out through your account. Do not share access in a way that exposes another person's workspace records.

If you believe your account or session has been used without permission, sign out where possible and raise the issue through the available EGG support path. The product does not create a separate password system or custom account recovery process.

The public free assessment is available without a paid membership. It asks for business answers, then name and email, and uses the Contacts and CRM integration to connect the lead with EGG. An AI service generates a temporary Growth Snapshot from the answers entered in that session.

The public result is a starting perspective, not a saved private workspace record, professional advice, or a promise of leads, revenue, or another business outcome. Keep your answers accurate enough for the result to be useful, and review the result before relying on it.

Executive AI Coach membership is offered at $297 per month or $2,970 per year. Both choices provide the same full membership access, including the assessment and Growth Snapshot, 90-day Growth Plan, Today workspace, projects, meetings, coaching, decisions, performance review, and connected resources.

Each membership month includes one 60-minute EGG strategy session. Arrange it by sending a private request through Resources & Support. Reasonable between-session follow-up is included for questions that can be handled outside a call.

Members can purchase an additional 60-minute EGG session for $197 as a one-time purchase. The existing public Calendly link is a separate 30-minute EGG coaching option. Executive Coaching & Consult on Skool is separate community access. These options are not interchangeable with the included monthly member session.

A request through Resources & Support saves your chosen support area and note for EGG follow-up. It can be used to arrange the included monthly strategy session, arrange a purchased additional session, or ask a general business question.

• A support request does not create a calendar event.
• A payment does not book a time automatically.
• The product does not promise a particular coach availability or response time.
• The public Calendly link opens a separate 30-minute booking path outside the member request flow.

Use the service for lawful business planning, execution, coaching, collaboration, and related personal work. You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another person's account, records, projects, messages, or billing information.
• Upload malware, harmful code, or content intended to interfere with the service.
• Use the service to impersonate another person, mislead EGG, or submit fraudulent checkout information.
• Abuse, harass, threaten, or target another person through a workspace or coaching message.
• Copy, test, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service in a way that bypasses its access controls.

You are responsible for the business information, notes, metrics, messages, project details, client details, and other content you submit. Submit only content you have the right to use and share, and avoid entering highly sensitive information that the requested feature does not need.

By submitting content, you authorize the product and its relevant service providers to host, transmit, store, and process that content as needed to provide the feature you requested, maintain the authenticated workspace, create requested AI outputs, and respond to support requests. You remain responsible for checking that the content and any permissions behind it are appropriate.

AI-generated snapshots, plans, coaching responses, meeting briefs, decision briefs, performance interpretations, and reviews are based on the information available to the service at the time. They can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation.

Use the outputs as working guidance, then apply your own judgment and verify important facts. Executive AI Coach does not replace legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee a business result.

The product links to Stripe for checkout and billing management, Calendly for the separate public 30-minute option, and Skool for Executive Coaching & Consult community access. Those services are operated separately and may have their own terms, privacy practices, prices, availability, and account requirements.

When you leave Executive AI Coach and use one of those services, review the provider's current terms and privacy notice. EGG does not control external service changes or the information you submit there.

Stripe handles payment details for the $297 monthly membership, the $2,970 annual membership, and the one-time $197 additional member session. The checkout page shows the purchase choice before payment. Monthly and annual memberships are recurring purchases, while the additional session is a one-time purchase.

When an active membership is connected to your account, the Pricing page can open Stripe's billing management portal. Use the options Stripe shows there to review available billing and cancellation controls. The service does not add a separate refund promise, cancellation deadline, or appointment entitlement beyond what the checkout and billing screens state.

EGG may update, replace, pause, or remove parts of the service as the product, providers, security needs, or business operations change. EGG may also restrict or suspend access when needed to address misuse, an account risk, unpaid or failed billing, or a legal or operational requirement.

The service does not promise continuous availability, a particular feature set, or that every connected provider will remain available. Review the current pages and billing screens for the offer and access that apply at the time you use them.

The service and its generated outputs are provided as available for the purpose of helping you organize business context, priorities, decisions, execution, and accountability. EGG does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every business situation.

You remain responsible for your decisions, commitments, client relationships, financial choices, legal obligations, and the way you act on any assessment, plan, message, or AI-generated output.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, EGG and the service providers involved in delivering the product should not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses connected with your use of the service or reliance on an output.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude responsibility that the law does not allow a service to exclude.

EGG may revise these terms as the service, membership, providers, or business practices change. The last-updated date at the top of this page will change when the terms are revised. Review the current version before continuing to use a flow that matters to you.
